We are able to offer free delivery on everything for a limited period of time. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice. Our items are delivered free of delivery cost from China, USA and Canada using various carriers.
Now we are shipping World Wide. Previously we were only shipping to USA and Canada. Any changes to our shipping destinations will be updated here.
Custom fees might be applicable on some items being sent to certain destinations. We are not responsible to pay any such fees once items are shipped. By purchasing from our website you consent to pay all such fees. You also consent that one or more packages may be shipped for your order and you might have to pay custom fees for some or all of those packages.
Order processing time is up to 5 working days. Delivery time can be anywhere between 5 to 28 days. Majority of our orders are delivered way earlier than this time frame. There are certain circumstances out of our control (i.e. natural disasters, strikes, holiday etc) which can cause delays. Such delays are very rare but because of them we are not able to promise guaranteed deliveries. We always use carriers with tracking services so that you can always track your packages during transit.
You will receive an email with tracking information after your order is shipped.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours without any penalty. We will still try to help you even after 24 hours have passed but cannot guarantee it. Order cannot be cancelled after it has been shipped which can happen any time after 24 hours are passed.
You can have it corrected within 24 hours of your order. After 24 hours we cannot guarantee it but we still recommend you to get in touch with us so that we can try if shipment has not gone out. Please email us at email@example.com. We will not be able to help you once order is shipped.
Item is Damaged or Defective
Although we take extreme precautions to make sure that you receive items unharmed. In rare situations around 1 in 1000 deliveries, your item can be damaged mainly because of mail service. In such cases please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and pictures of the damaged item and we will arrange replacement item for you. Also please read our returns and refund policy for further insight.

Returns and Refund Policy
Our return and exchange policy is valid for 30 calendar days after the delivery of your purchase. At the expiry of this time your purchase will be final and unfortunately we cannot offer either refund or exchange.
Only items which are purchased directly from online Alterity Shop can be returned to us.
Although you will be excited to open the item as soon as it arrives but we advise you to please open packaging carefully. Items will only be eligible for return if they are unused and in the same condition as you have received them. It must also be in the original packaging.
Perishable goods, flammable goods, sanitary goods, intimate goods and some health & beauty products are not covered by returns and exchange policy.
Original purchase receipt/email is required to initiate a return and refund request.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If you need to return an item for exchange or refund please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
We reserve the right to issue only a partial refund or refuse it altogether if item is not returned in its original packaging, is not in its original condition, has signs of use/misuse and is missing parts.
No refund will be given if item is returned after 30 days of delivery.
Your returned item will be inspected as soon as we receive it. We will notify you through email that we have received and inspected your item. We will also inform you about the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will process it straight away and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
Please wait for few days before this credit shows up on your bank account. Banks can take up to 5 days or even more to process refunds. Please check with your bank before contacting us. In any case you can email us at any time at email@example.com if you have question.
Items sold on regular price are only eligible for refunds. Items on sale are excluded from refund and exchange policy.
We will only process exchange if delivered items were either defective or damaged. If you want to exchange these items then please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures of the item clearly showing the damage or defect. On approval of exchange request we will send you instructions on how to return your items back to us.
Currently gift items are not covered by this policy.
We will send you mailing instructions after your return or exchange request is approved.
Please ensure that the items you are returning are packaged inside their original packaging. Please also make sure that no individual part(s) is/are left behind.
You will be responsible for full shipping cost of sending items back to our delivery depot. Depending on where you live return shipping may take different times.
We will not be responsible if item is lost during the return process. You may consider buying shipping insurance and also use trackable shipping service. Refund will only be processed after successful return of items.
